Raymond Chang

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Raymond Chang leads AMC with over 25 years of experience in strategic security consultancy and geopolitical risk advisory. Having held leadership roles in global advisory firms and supported multinational development projects across Southeast Asia, he drives the company’s vision for precision-driven risk management and sustainable strategic positioning in emerging markets. 

Michael D. Lawson

Senior Vice President, Global Strategy
Michael Lawson oversees AMC’s global strategic alignment, client relations, and cross-regional initiatives. With operational exposure in over 30 countries, he has helped corporations and governmental stakeholders strengthen their resilience against complex, rapidly evolving geopolitical risks, particularly in frontier and transitional economies. 

Rachel Lim

Director of Intelligence & Geopolitical Analysis
Rachel Lim heads AMC’s intelligence analysis and geopolitical forecasting division. With a background supporting confidential multi-agency risk initiatives across Southeast Asia, she specializes in threat modeling, political risk assessments, and supply chain vulnerability mapping for high-risk environments. 

Dr. Anika Suresh

Director of Human Environment Analysis
Dr. Suresh leads AMC’s human geography and socio-political dynamics research team, offering deep cultural, political, and social insights critical to risk mitigation planning and operational design across complex frontier markets.

Ethan Reyes

Director of Strategic Field Operations
Ethan oversees AMC’s field risk management protocols and discreet engagement frameworks across Southeast and South Asia. With extensive experience facilitating private-sector stabilization initiatives, he leads operational readiness and rapid response strategies for dynamic threat environments. 

David Chen

Director of Cyber & Digital Risk
David Chen leads AMC’s cyber intelligence and digital risk operations. With a background in cybersecurity consulting for major technology conglomerates and critical infrastructure sectors, he specializes in proactive threat identification, digital resilience strategy, and regulatory compliance across complex operating environments. 

Daniel Wong

Director of Asset Risk and Vetting
Daniel directs AMC’s asset risk assessment and validation division, ensuring that all third-party engagements, partnerships, and source networks align with the company’s compliance, security, and strategic objectives.

Isabella Tan

Director of Client Services and Compliance
Isabella oversees AMC’s client engagement protocols and compliance architecture. With a legal background in corporate governance and international regulatory standards, she ensures the highest ethical and operational standards across all service engagements, maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and compliance at every step.

Col. (Ret.) Arvind Mehra

Regional Director, South Asia

A retired senior military strategist, Col. Mehra has extensive expertise in operational logistics, national security planning, and civil-military coordination. His post-military career included advisory roles in emergency preparedness programs and security audits for international infrastructure developments across South Asia.  

Sophia Navarro

Regional Director, Southeast Asia

Based in Bangkok, Sophia Navarro leads AMC’s Southeast Asia operations, overseeing strategic engagements and risk advisory across Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. With over a decade of in-region experience, she has supported private-sector resilience planning during periods of political transition and discreetly coordinated security initiatives in sensitive border areas. Her deep understanding of local dynamics enables clients to navigate operational challenges across volatile frontier markets. 

Rafael Monteiro

Regional Director, Latin America
Operating from AMC’s Latin America liaison hub, Rafael Monteiro manages strategic intelligence programs, stabilization support initiatives, and corporate risk advisory across key Latin American markets. Drawing from years of field involvement during cross-border disruption incidents, Rafael specializes in helping clients anticipate political shifts, mitigate supply chain disruptions, and adapt to emerging security threats in dynamic and high-risk environments. 

Amahle Dlamini

Regional Director, Africa 

Based in Nairobi, Amahle Dlamini oversees AMC’s Africa operations, providing strategic risk assessments, infrastructure protection planning, and political stability advisory across emerging markets. Her extensive experience includes supporting multinational resilience initiatives and coordinating security frameworks for critical assets during periods of regional unrest, enabling clients to maintain operational continuity in complex and fast-evolving African landscapes.
